Sir, now iam doing my second year articleship... i want to terminate due to pregnancy... i think it is in medical ground... so the institute says that they need government approved medical certificate... but i did not get it from government hospital..they says you can only get medical certificate from your gynecologist(my physcian is from private hospital) ... in this case what i do?? how to i solve this problem

GTA can opt for 12% or 5%. In both rates, it is forward charge. However, GTA can opt for RCM. IN RCM it is only one rate it is 5%. If GTA opt for FCM and 12%. GTA is eligible for ITC If GTA opts for FCM and 5% then GTA is not eligible for ITC.

In class, they are mentioning statement of account and solvency has to filed within 30 days from end of 6m of financial year. But in icai book(may24), they are saying it has to be filed within 6m from end of Financial year Which is correct??

The statement has to be filed within 30 days from the end of 6 months to the financial year. The provision has not been mentioned completely in the study material.
