Sir, in the value of perquisites, in one of the illustrations,it is given in the question that.. accomodation in hotel for whole year = 730000( 365 days ) , we calculated the whole accomodation in that sum..but there is a tax exemption for first days then...for that we have to deduct the amount 30000 ( 15 days ) from that are not ..?.. If it is given for whole year...then we have to take the whole amount aa sir?...

Generally, in perquisites, we tax value of benefit what employee has got. Eg .cost of benefit - 500p.m Employer paid -400p.m Amount recovered from employee -100p.m Ans. Taxable perquisites=400p.m-100.p.m =300p.m 300p.m is the value of benefit employee has got. Am I right sir?? Also , amount recovered from employee means the amount EMPLOYER has recovered from employee.

Sec 127, Declaration n payment of dividend
Corporate & Other Laws
answered on 31-Aug-24 05:32
, I didn't understand this paragraph of sec 127 related to nidhi companies (for punishment of dividend) , is it like nidhi companies can do these 2 things (newspaper n notice) instead of issuing share warrants to members n instead of paying dividend to them? Or is there some other interpretation of this?
