Section 28 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 states that â?? Please explain why can't a minor partner in a partnership sue other partners for accounts or for payment of his share before severing his connection with the firm ???

Minor cannot sue partners because it is being assumed that he does have capacity to bind the firm like other partners. The minor is admitted only for the benefits of the partnership
