Y incorporated a "one person company (OPC)" making his Z as nominee . Z is leaving India permanently due to her marriage abroad. Due to this fact , she is withdrawing her consent of nomination in the said OPC. Taking into consideration the provisions of the companies act 2013 answer the questions given below: 1. Is it mandatory for Z to withdraw her nomination in the said OPC , if she is leaving India permanently? 2. Can Z continue her nomination in the said OPC, if she maintained the status of resident of India after her marriage?

As per Accounting standard 2 valuation of inventories... Raw materials valued at cost ( if finished goods are sold at above cost of this) otherwise replacement cost.. Here otherwise means replacement cost which means the finished good are sold at below cost means should have to go replacement cost IAM I correct??

Conveyance allowance vs Transport allowance
Direct Taxation
answered on 28-Aug-22 08:08
Conveyance allowance (If it's From office to residence) can be called as Transport allowance ? Because in the Salaries - Illustrations - Module 13 - Example 14, 15 and 16 ; often the words Conveyance and Transport allowance are used alternatively. Can it be done ? As we know, Conveyance allowance is exempt u/s 10(14) , but it's shown as taxable allowance in Example 15 in the lectures. Kindly clarify.
latest answer
Conveyance allowance is not exempt. Only if the question mentions that it is incurred for official purpose.
