In law should we write answers which are given in textbook?? If we write answers of our own will they give full marks??

For me i am doing writing practice of section and bare law language and mug up with concept And IMP for pass Contract act Company act Sale of goods act I scored 69 in law my strategy was no LLP because one question in second question so we can easily ignore

Yeah sorry..I wanted to knew his law marks alone without BCR..BUT I forgot that you can't knew the marks you got in law alone..MAY be he can tell approximately how much he would've got in law alone

YES , Ist question is Compulsory qn containing 3 sub parts A,b and c ...If you don't know the answer to anyone of it you can leave it ..No problem...marks will be awarded to other 2 questions or answered questions . If you attend only one qn and leave the other 2 also no prblm ..marks will be given to the part you answered.

Iam sorry...I personally don't prefer to leave any topics while I read..You can make the strategy to leave any chapter if you don't have enough time.. like LLP Act because it's only coming for 5 marks (1 qn)..but I'm not sure if we can pic imp topics...there are many important topics in ICA alone..questions will be asked from any of that . But you can go thru previous year question papers and analyse what are all the questions asked over the years and you can see if some qns were repeated and study all those questions first
