1)-q- --- is How to present papers in law ca foundation.,, 2-q---If I know means I will write sections 2 like that in exam If I do no means I will not write . 3q is - it is necessary to write section or not 4q is -if not written means they will deduct our marks or not I want ans for this 4 questions ð??? kindly tell me mam \Sir

The presentation for law is 3 steps --> Provision , case, conclusion Section number write only if you are 100% sure, if you don't remember the section you can start like this if the question is from chapter 2 "As per the provisions of The Sale of Goods Act,1930 ...." Section is not mandatory but writing the correct section will get you some marks, if you don't write they will deduct 1 or 2 marks depending on your answer and examiner , but if you write wrong section a lot more marks will be deducted hence do not write section number if not confident.
Provision: 1.according to the provisions of companies act 2013,as per particular section or if u have good knowledge about section write section no. Also other wise *as per particular section is enough* 2. Write the question related paragraph *completely* Explanation:...... Conclusion: give ur opinion based on above provision
