Santosh palIs it checked??
looks like there is some specific issue with these videos - we are fixing them. they should be available by EOD
The sections have been covered, not particularly in sequence, but under different topics. For example - Sec 6: Minimum number of Partners, Sec 7: Designated Partners, Sec 11: Incorporation Document, Sec 15: Name; have been covered under Incorporation topic. Few sections have not been detailed and we shall update them shortly. Also note that Sec 8-10; 18-21 are not part of the syllabus at Foundation level.

If you're referring to a class or notes under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 in the subject Corporate & Other Laws, and you're wondering why your teacher didn't mention anything about Sections 1 to 21 of the LLP Act—here are a few possible reasons: Possible Reasons for Skipping Sections 1–21 of LLP Act, 2008: 1. Not Relevant for Exam Scope / Syllabus In professional courses like CA, CS, CMA, or law degrees, only selected portions of the LLP Act are prescribed by the syllabus. Sections 1 to 21 mostly deal with basic definitions, incorporation process, and general provisions—which might be either: Considered too basic Or already covered in earlier semesters or papers 2. Covered Under a Different Topic It's possible that the content of Sections 1–21 was already taught, but under a broader topic like: “Formation and Incorporation of LLP” “Nature and Characteristics of LLP” In such a case, your teacher might not have referred to them section-wise, but conceptually. 3. Focus on Practical or Core Sections Many teachers prioritize sections more frequently asked in exams or more relevant for practical application, like: Section 23 (LLP Agreement) Section 25 (Change in Partners) Section 27 (Liabilities of LLP) Section 30 (Unlimited Liability in Case of Fraud), etc. 4. Time Constraints In some cases, time limitations might lead teachers to focus only on high-yield topics. What’s in Sections 1–21? These sections include: Section 1–3: Title, Definitions, and Nature of LLP Sections 4–11: Incorporation process Sections 12–21: LLP name, Registered office, and Partners So they’re foundational—but not always tested in depth, especially if your course prioritizes other areas. What You Can Do: Check your official syllabus (ICAI/ICSI/NLU etc.) and see if Sections 1–21 are part of it. If they are, and you feel they're important, you can revise them on your own or ask your teacher for clarification. If not, it’s likely intentional that they were skipped or summarized.
