Yes ,but could you plz tell me how? If x is experienced Y is freshman And they said 2 experienced person to each fresh person. Y <= 2x I know this doesn't makes sense ..but please explain me the above line..!!

Let y is experienced person and x is fresh person. Then the equation becomes x less than = 2y Or 2y greater than = x or y greater than = x/2 ( option c) . Even if you exchange x and y the equation becomes x greater than = y/2 but this option is not given in the question. So the first assumption is right that is y is experienced person and x is fresh person. Is your doubt cleared ?
