Here in this below sum I understand the settlement process But what is the treatment of balance 1.8crore of creditor and 45L of workmen due will they be treated as unsecured creditors or what??

They are treated as" dues over riding preference creditors".
Here in this sum I understand the settlement at pro rata but im confused with the balance treatment as overriding prefential creditors and unsecured creditors??

The concept is that secured creditor sacrifice a portion for workmen.. After settling the balance of secured assets to both...balance is treated as dues overriding pref. crs. (Still payment is outstanding). Unsecured crs..as ordinary sense..(.total payable -secured assets)

Here in this attachment u have written that dues overriding preferencial creditors are to be settled before preference shares, is it paid before preference shares or before all other debts?!
