Please explain the 2 second step. I can't understand how the base and the log number changed.

These are all fundamental properties of logarithms - pls check the chapter - they have ben explained
Here the logarithmic function is at the power of some variable. That's why I can't get it. I have checked the class but I couldn't find the class for logarithmic function on the power a variable. I am sorry sir. Can you please explain how to change the logarithmic function at the power of variable.

First step, we use formula of a^(m -n) = a^m / a^n Second step formula is derived from: Let x=a^logb and y=b^loga. Then logx=loga. logb =logy. So, x=y.
