Ye country x" kya rifath Twitter country hi Kya😁 Since soumya is an Indian origin as her parents born in India.. Indian citizen or person of Indian origin who comes on a visit to India and whose total income exceeds 15lac then if she satisfy any basic condition i .e If he /she stayed in India 182 or more during previous Or other modified basic condition I.e if she /he stayed in India for 120 days or more during RPY and 365 days or more during 4 years preceding relevant previous year So ,as per above provisions Sowmya stayed in India for 120D during p.y and more than 365 D in the 4 years preceding RPY i e 48O D , She becomes RNOR ..and no need to check additional conditions in this case Mr Rajesh neither an Indian citizen nor an Indian origin so he become a NR .

Oh ! Sorry little mistake option D exactly right answer Mr rifaht since Mr . Rajesh is neither Indian citizen nor person of Indian..so to him general conditions will apply not exceptions condition so accordingly He satisfy 2nd basic condition i.e Stayed in India 60 days or more during the p.y and 365days or more during 4 years preceding RPY , he become resident Since he also satisfied both the additional condition he is ROR i.e Resident in India for 2 years out of 10 IMMEDIATELY pys ..(by satisfying one of basic condition for 2 years ) And He stayed in India for 730 days or more during 7 years immediately preceding pys i e ( 120*7=840 Hope I cleared your doubt I used to have a friend called rifaht ..but I'm not sure about spelling ..any ways only H' altered right 👍 Former Twitter now it's called X😅

Soumya is resident not ordinarily resident and above given explanation is correct And rajesh is resident ordinarily resident Because he satisfies the second basic condition stay of 60days or more and 365days or more in last 4preceeding previous year (30days * 4 months- 120 days>60 days) (120days* 4yrs- 480days>360 days) and all additional conditions are satisfied 2 out of 10 yrs he is resident by applying same second basic condition and stays in 730 days or more in last 7 preceding previous year ( 120days* 7 yrs- 840days)
