I mean B= Owned Fund - investment made in Other NBFC /Subsidiaries/ Group companies Or B= Investment made in other NBFC / subsidiary/ Group companies which one of the above is correct..?

Ok, then what it indicates?

While calculating net owned funds, you will reduce investments made in subsidiary fully. Where as for other investments you will reduce that portion which is in excess of 10% of owned fund.

Yes. Because here investments are in debentures of subsidiaries and not in shares.
