Ans should be A. Sec 138 of NI Act Holder must give notice to drawer within 30 days of receipt of intimation from bank (2 April is within 30 days from 17 March) If drawer fails to pay withing 15 days of intimation (17 Apr), then holder must file complaint within court within next 1 month (17 May).
