Name clause

In the rule 8A .company name shouldn't include state,country name like Asia,Haryana ....but we find such company name e.g Asian Paints...then why such name is alloted

Rule says company names shouldn't include such words unless previous approval of Central Government has been obtained. So, such names can be used with prior approval. Also companies like Asian Paints have been incorporated way back, so there might to be less restrictions then.
