Not able to enroll for Nov22 Foundation Exam

I opened SSP portal and selected Exam function but itâ??s not opening/showing Exam enrollment form.

Yes. I tried several times still it's not coming.

Only for final and inter exam form has opened.....foundation will come shortly ....I hope so...may be after declaring the datesheet.
