In these question , I underlined , how rupees 9000 received after finding an outstanding subscription in account form the value is rupees 15000 . Then why again we are writing ; Outstanding subscription 2019-2020 = 15000-9000 =6000

That is just a breakup of total outstanding subscription. Previous year O/S 16,000 out of which 7000 is received in the current year. So 9,000 is O/s for 2018-19 Balance is O/s for. 2019-20
