In one person company there should be minimum one director has to be there. Is there any maximum limit for number of directors to be appointed for OPC

Yes, maximum limit as applicable to other companies is applicable to OPC too. Section 149 mentions it to be 15 directors. You will study at Final level

Minimum 1 director and maximum 15 directors.in order to increase the number of directors beyond 15 directors,a special resolution must be passed by OPC to that effect.
