What if in an OPC both sole member and nominee meets with death and in capacity so what will happen to opc

I think OPC will be continued by legal representative ( perpetual succession) after the death of both nominee and sole member

There would be a transmission of shares in case of death. LIke properties get transmitted in case of death.
