I ordered an ca inter books as on 15 of jan for may 2024... in that it was stated that it will be delivered within 12 days.until now there is no movement in the the shipping... I attaching N picture for ur reference. Could someone tell me wha to do. ?

Actually tracking on the website is not properly updated all the time. Even after receiving the books it's not updated in the cds portal. You would have received the tracking number, track in the respective website.
