While ordering books in cds portal continuously payment is declining.is there anybody facing the same prblm as i am facing it?

It happens to everyone, you need not change card or something just try couple of time .. change to desktop mode if using phone I haven't come across any one who did place an order for books smoothly
I have been trying from yesterday through laptop but still not working.

Try from your mobile device also ..just carefully add 1st and 2nd grp books into your cart .. check amount is 1000k and then check out ..try that patiently your order gets placed and sometimes it shows your order declined but your account gets deducted and second coupon code will not apply Check all these observations
