Well written. Adding to this: Section is parah number of the Act. If a section has a base line, then the sub points are clauses - they are not linked to each other. Like Section 2 of Companies Act mentions "In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,â??" Then (1) (2) .... definitions are mentioned. These would be sub-clauses, as section has a base line. Section 1 directly starts with (1) (2) ... These are inter-linked and are sub-sections. Sub-clauses are sub-points of clause

What are the consequences?? My pricipal has no issues as I'm in ending period of articles... the mcom classes are 8-1pm.. Can i do both simultaneously.? I will not upload 112 Form as icai may reject it. But still can i do? What are the consequences of doing both without uploading form 112? Little urgent. Please guide me. Thanks in advance.
