It could be any financial, commercial or industrial undertaking which meets the criteria of fixed assets/turnover/paid up capital and should be approved by council. These are generally Banks (Financial Controller, Due Diligence, Valuations, IB, Treasury, Internal Audit), Consulting Organisations (Project management etc.,), MNCs (Strategy, Corporate Finance, Corporate Audit, Corporate Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis), Research Houses (Research Analysts) etc.

Hello! I saw the video posted regarding the new policy of ICAI on your youtube page but have a few doubts. So I'm going to enter the course through the direct entry and previously it was like only if I completed 9 months of articles, I could sit for inter exams. But in the new policy we can do articles only after completion of inter. My doubt is that now is it compulsory for me to do articles before writing my inter exam or can I write the exam without doing articles. I haven't decided on which attempt because it depends on this decision. Could someone please clarify? thank you!

Sir.. My attempt is in Nov 2024,CA FINAL. I want to start my preparation now,but I don't know what order to start with..please suggest me order of subjects because I am some are going to be removed in new course.. Also how many hours daily should I spend studying along with articleship if I start for my CA final preparation now.. And lastly how many months before do I need to complete classes for Nov 2024 exams..

if ca inter corporate law includes ca final syllabus then someone who can clear inter in may 22 and then prepare for ca final based on new syllabus might not know portions covered in ca inter corporate law new syllabus right?? because ca inter new syllabus includes ca final portion
