When can I join industrial training. I heard that someone has to join it after 2 years of articlesship. Then what about other 0.5 year of articleship?? Is it not mandatory to work for another 0.5 year in articleship if I had joined industrial training.

I have taken termination in Dec 2020 and joined in other firm, my articleship is going to complete in April 2022. At the time of completion of my articleship will I have any need with old firm from which I have taken termination?

Let's see a hypothetical situation. As per icai one can go for industrial training anytime after 18 months of articleship. Companies hire trainees ranging from 12-18 months timeline. For instance if a candidate has done his 18 months of articleship. Then join Industrial training for period of 12 months. Then can he again do articleship under CA for balance period (i.e, 6 months) ?

May 2020 (COVID time) will be considered leave period or Articleship period.do share any official notification or news .

ICAI has not clarrified it.Its between you and your principal to consider those days as leave or working days.
