Hi sir, I have completed my CA intermediate group 1 and written my group 2 exams in December 2021, I'm looking to join Articleship and at the same time I'm having a plan to apply for B.COM A&F offered by IGNOU. I'm having some doubts regarding form 112. When to submit that form 112 and whether I have to join Articleship after applying for b.com.? Suraj sir please provide a detailed video about this b.com course and Articleship procedure, it would helpful to a students who are looking for Degree while doing Articleship. Anyone please help me out... Thanks in advance...ð???

1)As I hv heard every CA shall generate udin after performing an audit is that true? 2) and why is like there is last date for generating UDIN for companies..?

And there is due date for generating UDIN in order to avoid issuing of back dated reports. So to ensure actual date of signing and date of sign mentioned in certificate are same we have this concept of last date to generate UDIN.

Repayment is not the correct term, repayment comes when an amount is borrowed or taken on loan Company is not obliged to pay shareholders, but when it wants to reduce the control /no. of shareholders it gives a proposal (an invitation to offer) to existing shareholders to sell the shares to company.

I registered CA intermediate via CPT route and now I want to convert into direct entry. Also i have done my exams in December 21, shall i convert now and join article or else i have to wait till the exam result.

You can go for Direct entry and start your articleship. Or you can wait for one more month when result will out and then start your articleship. It's upto you if you want to save your two months.
