Excel offset function

1) I have tried offset function for height and width both one. But I try other than one for height and width #value is coming. I have shared a photo, help me and tell where I went wrong. 2) I have also used len function, I have typed 10 numbers in a cell and gives some space after the 10th character. When I use len for that the answer remains at 10, why?

I have registered for both groups but filled the exam form for 1st group in Nov21 in the idea of appearing in May22 for 2nd group ..even if I clear in both groups will it be considered as 2 attempts?

For a few latest papers, we have uploaded solutions on YT in video form. For most of the subjects, latest exam questions & solution are added to course videos. But we do not provide solutions in pdf form for all the latest exam papers
