How to fill declaration form? How to courier and all details once tell Too confused

Courier is not needed if photo and signature appears. Declaration form would be available at exam website.

September 30th 2021 is the last date But if you are unable to pay due to any kind of issues you can pay October 3 2021 with some extra amount

Sir, I am using the OPERA MINI browser to watch my classes on my laptop. My browser sometimes does not properly work that's why I want to RE-register sometimes. Now my RE-register option is not working. Will you enable the option.
