Sir/madam, i have passed nov 2020 foundation exam, does icai issue any certificate/ marksheet either hardcopy or softcopy on completion of foundation course?

Sir I have converted from CA-IPCC(Old-CPT Route) to CA-Inter(New-Direct entry) on 17 th Feb 2021. Now i have started my articleship and want to know the detailed procedure to be performed regarding form 102 and 103. I watched many videos regarding articleship registration but still confused about procedure. Kindly help me. Thank you.

When will be the foundation exam probably? And can I write Foundation exam without 2nd year mark sheet ? Because I'm studying 2nd year now and I'm going to write for May attempt. Plz anyone answer me , I ignored my inter syllabus and totally on foundation preparations to crack may attempt.
