 my photo and signature is not appearing on the exam portal, i already submitted my application to ICAI by post and after that it had appeared but now it didn't appear , what is the problem?

I want to get termination from my firm, because there is no opportunity for learning things, and my article registration date is July 2019,due to covid I m not able to visit office and get termination within one year period,is it possible to get termination after one year if auditor consent is getting?

I have found a error in login site that you have not applied for this exam but I have applied an got acknowledgement also that clearly states Nov 2020 new syllabus intermediate exam ..
