I joined bcom in college , where I need go only to attend the semester exams. Attendance are marked as per University rules .. I decided to upload the university registration letter(still i didn't get) in ssp portal , filling form 112 , in which whether I can select regular college mode , select attendance option as no or I can mark college timings , not clashing with office timings ?! Is there is any chance of problems arise if I submit the form like this ?! Guide me

If timings do not clash or there is no requirement to attend college, you can update accordingly.

Password for CMA Intermediate Study Material

Hey everyone, Currently doing CMA Intermediate. CMA Intermediate study materials are in locked PDF format from ICMAI, and because of that I can’t copy-paste notes from it. I’ve attached an image showing the password prompt that comes up. I’ve asked ICMAI for help but haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone else dealt with this? Does anyone know the password? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If government chooses to treat F&O income as a speculative income then a person who trade for living how will he be affected?

Pre budget, F&O trading losses can be offset against gains from other businesses or sources. If treated as speculative income, losses from F&O trading could only be offset against gains from F&O trading itself, limiting flexibility

Articleship registration Doubt

Doubt regarding articleship registration. 102 filed but 103 is not filed. One year of articleship is completed. Now trying to file 103 form. It's asking for (1) work dairy and attendance sheet (2) stamped 102 form Required (1) is there any format for workdairy and attendance sheet? (2) 102 form is not stamped earlier. We cannot have back dated stamp now. Can we stamp it current date and upload it?

Back dating of stamp is also not advisable. Work diary / attendance sheet - your firm should provide.

Sir I passes grup one in may 2022 and I given grup 2 in may waiting for my results I will have a doubt when will I give my spom test Only after completing ca inter and while registering for final or can I go for spom classes now itself

SPOM classes will be available for you only after registering CA Final. You need to complete your CA Inter group 2 and then you can register for final
