Doubt regarding appearing in exam

Sir I have skipped November 2019 and may 2020 exams though I was eligible. I didn't even give a single attempt. Can I appear in November 2020 exams sir? I registered for inter in January 2019. Whether the registration has validity? What is the validity period for inter registration sir?

Articleship exam

Its relating to articleship examination. I joined my articleship in oct 2018 so as per the rule i should have attended the articleship exam by sept 2019 but i couldn't attend it. If i write my articleship exam by this sept (2020) it will be actually end of 2 yrs ,so will that be taken as my 1 st articleship exam in 1st yr or 1 st AE in second year and will it affect ny final exams like will i be able to write it only after my second AE in 3 rd. What i actually want to know is will these articleship exam jeopardize my final as i am writing the exams on belated years?
