Permanent address is where is belong to. While, Correspondence address means where you can be contacted, its the address where your letters & parcels are send. Hence you should change your correspondence address only.

they had announced as soon as exams are over it would be automatically converted into new scheme. If you are planning to appear for May 24 exams if its not converted yet, you can convert & place the order
