I scored 62 mrks in costing still they didnt provided me exemption for nov23 attempt...what should i do now?

sir, I have completed my ca inter both groups and I articleship. I have completed B.COM from IGNOU University which has MOU with ICAI. Now if I write 4 papers in ACCA which are supposed to be written even after ca final...and subsequently I pass ca final in next year...then will get ACCA degree automatically.
