Ipcc grp1 cleared and conversion

Sir i have completed grp 1 in ipcc and later i wrote grp 2 but failed many times. then started doing job due my family financial status.. if i write and got exemption on nov 23 say on auditing or it sm then will that exemption get carried forward. Also if i get exemption particularly on it sm after conversation i need to write fm again please help.. while doing job and clearly grp 2 will not be an easy task for me..in two months.. advice me i am confused 😕

If I do CFA will I be able to have adequate knowledge of markets and can do trading also? Or CFA is not req to become trader?

My personal experiece - I would have made better returns in SIP in mutual funds than active stock market trading and investing. If you want to take it as a full time career then its a different thing.

Why Most of the companies share price goes up soon after they list their shares after ipo..if thats the case we can apply for ipo and then sell the share in secondary market to easily book 15 to 20% profit in no time right??isn't it an easy way to book profit...explain sir
