Hi, My articleship period completed.Now I am submitting the form-8. Is this form require signature of my principal or can I submit the draft and file it using OTP.

There is lot of ambiguity around forex trading in india is it legal or illegal ? If it's legal what kind of pairs are allowed to trade can someone from india open an account with a forex broker and trade currency pairs like EURJPY or EURJPY meaning pairs without Inr is it allowed?

I've Purchased the classes of FR and AFM and my attempt is in January 2027. Is it appropriate for me to finish FR and then Start with AFM (or vice versa) or start both the subjects simultaneously ?
