What happens if the Compulsory Questions are entirely not attended & Balance 80 marks(out of 100) are attended? Will they value the Answer Sheet? Are there any negative marks?

currently, I am studying at the ACCA Knowledge level and I was going through articles regarding SEBI RA and IA. As per SEBI rules in order to get an RA license we must complete post-graduation or should have professional qualifications. My question is will SEBI accepts ACCA as a professional qualification?
