If hidden goodwill exists in question, can I raise goodwill and then written off it ( if question remains silent regarding same )? Would It be done as mentioned above ?

As he mentioned, adjust directly through Partner's A/c. So pass net entry only. Gaining Partner to Sacrificing Partner

Goodwill a/c. .......Dr To old partners in their old psr And New partners in their new psr To Goodwill
