Why They are multiple by 2 with B's capital, how??

Because in the question psr is given by 4:5:1 which implies that b's share is half of capital of firm. The same can be calculated as under : B's balance after all adjustments = 215000 215000/5*1=43000 for 1 share Accordingly the capital's of partners will be 43000*4,5,1 respectively
