In this Question it is written as "writen off" on building, plant and furniture then also they have charged it for half year it should be written off in full.

If it is just 5% you can write off full of 5% , but here they clearly mentioned per annum so only half .

No, the given period is March to sep so only 6 months You can refer the same sum which was in the illustration 6

So if in question it is given as "write-off 5% per annum on leasehold premises" then for 6 months only 5% for 6 months will be deducted.
