Passed status not updated in SSP portal ?

I have cleared grp 1 in July 21 examination and registered for Articleship and may 23 cleared grp 2 but the pass of grp 1 has gone missing in SSP portal after the results fo g2 & only g1 pass is updated in portal. I have no option to register for final as the portal it is open now. I am having serious nightmare even after results. I contacted everyone possible. SSP portal ticket is un resolved for days. Toll-free number asked to mail to SSP mail id after I mailed the issue it says to raise ticket in SSP portal. Loop Can someone help me on this or help me reach anyone from icai to resolve my issue

Probably after receiving marksheet because you have to upload marksheet for ca final reg

Still Not, Just Like the original poster, after numerous calls and emails, nothing happened will update as soon as it resolves
