Payment through electronic mode

Whether payment through electronic mode include,payment made through spouse's or any relative's account on behalf of assessee?. Or the payments must be made compulsorily through the account of assessee?

The remittance should happen through electronic mode. I.e. payment must be initiated and credited using electronic mode.
