There are 10 trains so you can go from Calcutta to Delhi in 10 ways. = 10 ways While returning you should not return by the same train,so excluding the train which u went earlier Now we have 9 trains = 9 ways Because it is mentioned as "AND" in question We multiply both 10 and 9= 90 ways
