If it is non monetary gift to employee / member of household - Not taxable up to Rs. 5,000. If it is in form of money - Completely taxable

Sir...What I'm asking is It should be calculated as 2000+ 2000+ 2000 Totally 6000 is taxable ah?

Or else 1000 only taxable i.e. amount in excess of 5000
