As per sec 40(a)(3)...cash Payment above 10,000 is disallowed expenses....So payment of 10,000 and 20,000 is only allowable .... Furniture - rate of depreciation is 10%. Therefore depreciation u/s 32 is 10% of 30,000 .Ie.3,000.
