Sec40 A(3) An expenditure is disallowed if the payment towards the expenditure in a a day to a person exceeds 10k. Does it mean i can but an AC for say 30k and make payment in 3 instalment on 3 consecutive days and still claim deduction u/s 32 depreciation?
