Simple Example you went to car show room ask a car suitable for touring purpose you are not having knowledge about cars and all He supplied Nano car then u started tour but mean while because of no suitability the car destroyed due to heat d all Now possible to return the car ? Then u claim damages only It’s is d example for 4th point
