Predominant activity in supply

Indirect Taxation

If there is an activity where the predominant supply is neither a good nor a service, where both have the same importance and one cannot exist without the other. how is GST charged for such a supply?

Can you give an example and ask. Your question is not clear. Since if it is not supply then GST will not apply.

I’m really sorry, i have to rephrase my doubt sir. In case a situation arises, wherein, the supply of goods and supply of services are of equal importance. What is it considered as? Supply of goods or supply of service? This is just a question of possibility sir, because in a given situation where an activity takes place and supply of goods is predominant-gst is levied as per the rate of gst for goods, incase it is supply, gst is levied at the rate of supply of services. Incase the 3rd situation arises, where there is no predominance, what is the solution.
