Can somebody say how can I prepare for FM bcoz the chapter cost of capital yield to maturity topic, itâ??s difficult for me to understand?

What is the difficulty you are facing?
The terms used like present value annuity factor bcoz itâ??s the first time I am learning FM, started from chapter 1. There was concept like IRR, already I made a private query and they added the topic of IRR. But while solving the sums they use different terms, I am personally finding it difficult. So I need suggestion whether completing some other subjects or topic will be helpful in understanding the concept better.

present value annuity factor is a part of CA Foundation Mathematics. You would have already learnt it there.

Watch "time value of money" module first you will understand present value of annuity factor and then learn other chapters
