While presenting the ans how to present I mean for every indriect question should we write the case law also. Or no need???

It's depends on the marks of the question If the question is related to case law then you have to write otherwise no need To be present the paper in law for indirect questions. If you want you can follow this First analyse the question Think which provison will be applicable And analyse any case law is involving or not Analysis the facts Give a conclusion Format 1) provisons 2) case law ( if any) 3) facts 4) conclusion
