For theory questions, keywords are also okay. Need not write exactly as per bare act/study material. Headings and keywords you should try to write same as much as you can.

U can use the own words in ur answers but legal terms is necessary, because that will increase presentation in the point of examiner...... If the question about consideration means you must use the word quid pro que like wise..etc..
