In this answer, ICAI mentioned/references with sec180.... Can we consider it as final syllabus and leave that particular point as of now.... !??

Divya KYes pvt placement cannot leave.., but in one point they gave reference of section 180 (image) which is not in inter level.. So how to understand that point to the precise...? -: Amount raised through Invitation doesn't exceed the limit specified in sec180. So what's would be the limit ð?¤?
You can just refer to non applicability of non-convertible debentures within limits specified. Need not mention section 180 & 179
